Professional experience managing workflows and following up with engineering resources
Experience operating in a computer ticketing environment (Service Now)
Networking knowledge - Applicants should have a functional, working understanding of networking concepts. (Comptia Net+)
Basic security knowledge - A basic understanding of the most common technical controls is required (Comptia Sec+)
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to pass a full background check.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience with Cisco Networking
Good understanding of ICS/OT Systems.
Familiarity with tools used in targeted and criminal intrusions.
A background in exploitation and vulnerability analysis.
General understanding of threat/risk management and threat/risk assessment.

This position is for semi-fixed schedules on a 24/7 basis as required, 8-12hr shifts with overtime as required to ensure full time desk coverage. Salary range is $12-$15/hr based on experience. Cavalry Solutions is a growing company with career progression for the right candidates.
